I don't have a problem opening php_enhanced_en.chm (from
https://php.net/get/php_enhanced_en.chm/from/a/mirror) with
wine-1.7.33-50-g7eed378. Could you please retest with 1.7.33? Does that .chm
have the same issue for you?
