[Bug 47193] Sony Vegas PRO 16 reports successful installation but there are no files installed

I still can reproduce this bug after e6a64d2b9b0a749d4a9b9e23fd1a03b7f862bc48.
It only keep the files if dotnet48 is installed in the prefix.

Wine 11.4 (staging), VEGAS PRO  17.
