[Bug 30814] Age of Empires II scrolling gets stuck after Alt-Tab away and back

This bug is still there with Wine 1.8.7-2 32 bits. I'll try to patch my game
but it seems a long way to go, as I never used git. I don't know if the fix has
been implemented yet to the main wine branch, but it would be nice for the
future users.
