[Bug 30814] Age of Empires II scrolling gets stuck after Alt-Tab away and back

I encountered the problem of keyboard shortcuts not working as well after
alt+tab, however it's an easy fix, just press Alt (if I recall it correctly, if
not Ctrl). It could be you need to press Alt twice after alt+tabbing back into
the game.
