First of all, you mark an attachment as a patch only if it's plain text,
if it's plain text, if it's compressed, there's no point of it.

On a not quite related note, no changes in 1.1.5 with pulseaudio 0.9.12,
still it sometimes works, sometimes not with period_time=20000 and
seems to work every time with period_time=40000.
