[Bug 10495] Wine should support PulseAudio

Short question:
Is PA 1.0 a hard requirement for getting stable sound under wine/alsa/PA combo?
There's a heated discussion over the Fedora development mailing list about
whether PA 1.0 should be introduced as a last-minute-post-beta upgrade mostly
in an effort to restore sound under Wine.
