The resulting image confirms that your Tahoma font link is broken.
Do you have those fonts installed?
Hi Dimitry, I have explained many times ;) if you refer to my screenshot, you can see the difference. i.e., case 1 is a font link problem case 2 is NOT font link, but wrong charset.
