[Bug 21708] d3d is trying to use GL_DEPTH_TEXTURE_MODE_ARB when driver doesn't support ARB_depth_texture

OK, bisected it - it dates back to 1.5.29.

Unfortunately, it's not really clear what goes wrong.

Bisect stops on 
5115f55eebe5cb91f13896862275e236a4954744 (wined3d: Use WGL_ARB_create_context
when available.)
