The demo of runaway 2 install fine. But it quits early with a black screen. The
relevant error messages seems to be
err:ddraw:PixelFormat_DD2WineD3D 16 bit RGB Pixel format does not match
err:ddraw:IDirectDrawImpl_CreateNewSurface Unsupported / Unknown pixelformat
err:ddraw:IDirectDrawImpl_CreateSurface IDirectDrawImpl_CreateNewSurface failed
