Could you check your native MS Windows's "FontAssoc" registry? I think that these registry entry is not the Korean windows specific feature.
.wine configuration, it DOES NOT work! All I did is applied 936*.reg, and copied simhei.ttf and simsun.ttc from windows to my wine Font folder.
Wine does not support "FontAssoc" registry yet. We need the new patch in the Wine.
