[Bug 30814] Age of Empires II scrolling gets stuck after Alt-Tab away and back

It's not the same bug, altough the effect is the same. I'm using the UserPatch
mentioned in the link above and the Wine alt+tab bug is still there by
default.. as it's 100% Wine related.

I would like to know if the patch code I presented above works with other
people, as it fixes the Wine alt+tab bug 100% for me :). As a matter of fact,
that patch code was made by the UserPatch creator himself, specifically for
Wine source :).
