[Bug 11364] WinRar doesn't fully utilize CPU cores in multithreading (SMP) mode

On a 4 cores system WinRAR 3.93 CPU utilization under Linux is just ~200% (vs
maximum theoretical 400%).

I'm running Wine 1.3.13, Linux kernel 2.6.38-rc4 (PAE enabled), Fedora 14 i686.
