I shall try to figure out how to get MoltenVK to compile so that I can insert a
hand-built version into my bottle, like I did for vkd3d. Then I could do some
debugging-by-printf or at least get backtraces with symbol tables. Should I be
poking the folks over at https://github.com/KhronosGroup/MoltenVK at this
point?
