A breaking news !!!
With wine 1.1.4, pulseaudio 0.9.11 and today's git of alsa plugins,
sound just works, no patches needed.
It looks like the most important part is the git,
cause the pulse plugin was nearly rewritten.

Well, anyway, pulseaudio author is the one, who submitted those patches,
so let's simply enjoy (and thank him).
