[Bug 31867] Ham Radio Deluxe Logbook endless loop on startup, needs to be killed manually (Regression!)

It is fixed now for me. Works well with a workaround on the current wine
version (Involves using a preconfigured windows registry file that is available
for download). I assume it can be marked resolved.
