Winsock trace attached.

I started the next command file:
#/bin/bash
env WINEPREFIX="/home/1/.wine" wine "C:\Program Files\Radmin Viewer
3.0\Radmin.exe" > /tmp/radmin_winsocks_trc.txt 2>&1

In the program I connected to the server in the "Voice Chat" mode, closed
connection, exited program.
