[Bug 21708] d3d is trying to use GL_DEPTH_TEXTURE_MODE_ARB when driver doesn't support ARB_depth_texture

As of 1.7.0, there's nothing new to report - whatever was broken with
wined3d_adapter_init, still is, the hack still works.

No new ideas from me at this time.
