[Bug 30814] Age of Empires II scrolling gets stuck after Alt-Tab away and back

The issue is still present in wine-git, it's simple to reproduce. Just start
the Falkirk battle scenario (last from the first campaign), then hold the down
key for a few seconds, release it and alt-tab. When you go back to the game the
screen will keep moving down forever.

Now alt-tabbing restores the original screen resolution which is awesome.
