Instead of describing how to reproduce the crash.. I'll bring to notice how it
stopped crashing.


On emulating a virtual desktop of size 1080x720, the crash disappears. 
I assume the crash occurs when no virtual desktop is set for the application.





Using wine-staging 2.21 from 'recommended installs' of my OS : LUbuntu 16.04.3
