[Bug 52741] Missing chakra.dll to run Minecraft Windows 10 Edition

Hi,

Not sure if you meant the Windows bedrock server, but that one also needs
chakra.dll.

Note that using the native Windows chakra.dll requires 2 additional dlls,
icuuc.dll, and icuin.dll. This results in many errors in the console, e.g.

0588:err:module:find_forwarded_export module not found for forward
'icu.u_strToLower' used by
L"Z:\\..\\Minecraft\\bedrock-server-1.18.12.01\\icuuc.dll"
