[Bug 54263] Build of 7.22 fails with mingw-w64 10.0

I confirm that with the proposed patch, a full clean build passed with the
toolchain including mingw-w64 10.0.

So, from my point of view, the solution is acceptable, and the patch can be
included in next release.
