Silent Hill 2: Black lines in character's face.

In Silent Hill 2 I can see black lines on the face of every character in the
game. Some surfaces like walls and objects sometimes shows these strange lines
too.

I used WineD3D v1.7.52 and v1.9.22 and I got the same bug.
