[Bug 16641] Call of Duty 4 - Depth of field and soften smoke edges broken

Depth of Field and Soften Smoke Edges are broken for me with wine-1.3.6. There
was a brief period a while back where they were working, but I haven't seen it
work since (I can't remember what version it was). I'll try wine-1.2.0 and see
if it works there.
