The blamed commit is probably not very meaningful, there's been many
regressions with presentation around that time. The videos don't play but that
seems to be a bug with winegstreamer instead.

I don't know why it worked before, but videos play fine for me when setting
HKCU\Software\Wine\MediaFoundation DisableGstByteStreamHandler=1 (ie: using
winedmo mfsrcsnk implementation).
