To reproduce, do a custom install without Outlook (to work around bug 25476), then start Word. The splash screen will come up, then it will crash. Setting usp10.dll to native, builtin prevents the crash and enables Word to load. Setting usp10.dll to native, builtin prevents the crash and enables Word to load. Note that it is not necessary to install it with winetricks, as Office installs its own usp10.dll.
