The software downloader they ship starts to install fine, but during install it gives an error saying it can't communicate with Amazon's servers. winetricks vcrun2008 works around that bug, and instead says a problem occurred (which is a different bug). I don't understand what really happens here. With a fresh download of the installer, it installs fine in wine-1.7.1-209-g743f21f.
