I guess 'GameMaster 8' is Chinese only too? Is there a demo version of this? download link? If needed provide exact instructions, such as: "run x", "click the second button on left side" (Chinese user interface you must explain where to click). On my system, there is no other window created at all. I minimized all of my windows, scoured my desktop, and also checked alt-tab, there is no 2nd window like in your screenshot, only the one with text in it.
maybe your wm auto hide the window which has nothing inside, or your wm default setting is show only on window on one program. this will also not show multi-window on one program.
