[Bug 8997] Troopmaster froze after Dotnet downloaded thedatabase files

You will be put back to main window and everything will seem to work normally, but it does not... Exit from program... save backup at the prompt. When the program closes out you can run the program again and it will seem to run normally. There is a new bug but I think it has to do with a corrupted database more than anything... the bug shows itself when I click on the Youth Management icon/menu link. The program will close itself. Can someone reproduce what I have done and verify the new bug please?
