At this point an error pops up stating: R6034: An application has made an attempt to load the C Runtime library incorrectly. It does not effect the game and you are able to run it despite this error. To get the message to not appear during install doing: winetricks vcrun2005 does the trick. I bet it didn't, they have no reason to test on such old systems.
