"wglSwapBuffers in opengl32 (see opengl32.spec) calls gdi32.SwapBuffers" -
compare that with the summary: "GDI32.SwapBuffers should call
OPENGL32.wglSwapBuffers". Your statement means that opengl32.wglSwapBuffers
still calls GDI32.SwapBuffers, ergo nothing is fixed at all.
