This has not been updated for two years. Is this an issue in 1.5.25 or should this be closed as abandoned ?

wine-1.7.23, bug still present.
With the recent Dota 2 updates there might be a need for the warcraft 3 map editor, since many maps are currently being ported. I've attached a screenshot to the post.
It was hard to find what's wrong with this bug but I think I know now. There are some tools that are drawn under the black thing. Pressing mouse button 1 and moving it towards top exposes the tools.Also bottom has some location indicators that are hidden similar way.
