Please one bug per problem. I'm not sure that "failure of
CreateScalableFontResourceA" and "Unhandled page fault" related.

Also where is the rest of the backtrace? Please attach full terminal output you
get from prompt to prompt, including how you ran wine. And please attach, don't
paste.
