The output given when winecfg is run

I am running openSUSE 10.3 x86-64.  The distribution comes with wine 0.9.44,
which did not work, so I upgraded to 0.9.50 and got the same error.

libgl.so.1 is part of video drivers, not Wine. Reinstall your video drivers,
including 32-bit compat version.
