I think should be:
if((i + 2 >= count)
   || !(types[i + 1] & PathPointTypeBezier)
   || !(types[i + 2] & PathPointTypeBezier)) {

Clearly, the code doesn't match the original intent, but I don't trust that the
intent was correct. This needs tests.
