Broken UI in Word 2016

This is a regression caused by

    wined3d: Use glReadPixels for RT texture download.

For the testing purposes I used 32-bit Office 2016 ISO from
https://archive.org/details/microsoft-office-2016-professional-plus-32-and-6...
set Windows 7 in winecfg, and used default installation.

Then
1. goto drive_c/Program Files/Microsoft Office/Office16
2. run 'wine WINWORD.EXE'
3. choose "Blank document"

Reverting the above patch fixes UI painting.
