WM_GETMINMAXINFO == 0x0024
WM_IME_SETCONTEXT == 0x0281
WM_IME_NOTIFY == 0x0282

create_parent_window_seq[] already has some optional IME messages so it looks
like more need to be added / moved to another place. The WM_GETMINMAXINFO is
new though.
