TC on Wine 11.6, KDE Linux

1. Install Wine 11.x (possibly 10.x as well) on any Linux distro (or on
FreeBSD). The actual distro, DE, X11/Wayland do not matter. Do not change any
Wine settings.
2. Install Total Commander (www.ghisler.com), its version (stable or beta) and
platform (x32/x64) do not matter as well.
3. Proceed through initial setup in Total Commander, then select Configuration
- Dark <-> Normal (switch to Dark mode).

Expected: the menu bar should be completely black with white menu items. It is
displayed correctly on all Windows versions from XP to 11.

Actual behavior under Wine: the menu bar is black ONLY within the menu items,
but stays white elsewhere (see attachment). Drop-down menus also have white
elements not present under Windows. The developer of TC replied on the official
forum that this is a bug in Wine: Wine ignores custom menu bar colors.
