I do get a crash in kernel32 too while doing installing.
wine 1.9.14-git
Tested with wine-staging 2.0.rc3. And I get a crash. The setup claims success, but does show a call to unimplemented function ntoskrnl.exe.PsGetCurrentProcessSessionId.
