something broken in configure test just try to configure wine with LDFLAGS="-Wl,--as-needed" and you will see.

LDFLAGS="-Wl,--as-needed" ./configure --with-ldap ..... configure: error: libldap (OpenLDAP) development files not found, LDAP won't be supported.
