Since "ntdll: Support the machine extended parameter in
NtMapViewOfSectionEx().", ebc1b099159059d35fd86e61122ab7f7aa6722ef, my armv7
ELF builds (--without-mingw) crash on startup.

I haven't yet had time to dig into what crashes and why - filing the bug early
in case this rings any bells.

(I know the non-PE builds aren't the recommended way going forward, but as this
used to work, I test it continuously until it is formally no longer supported.)
