When using Wine, I can create an MSI and then successfully inspect it. However if I try to install the MSI that was created under Wine on Windows machine, in stall fails. Further using the same lessmsi tool above but running it on Windows fails. Potentially an issue with the `msi` component.
So this installer would install on Windows if it was created on Windows?
