[Bug 8988] Sacred: choppy video and sound; sprites cannot be seen.

The sprites are now fully visible in Wine 0.9.43, but sound and motion are
still choppy (oddly a little bit faster in Beryl+Xgl than in regular Xorg).

I suspect this could be related to my ATI X1600Pro card with propietary
drivers, so can anybody confirm this behavior using another graphics hardware
(i.e., NVIDIA)?

The number of fixmes is now significantly reduced as you can see in the new
attachment.
