[Bug 7882] Photoshop CS2 aborts after startup, saying " insufficient privileges"

The attached patch implements in a better way ending the service process when the service stops. With it Photoshop doesn't hang after the "Sorry, ..." message but restarts the service and retries. This also fails with a "Sorry, ..." message and Photoshop terminates.
