Wine's ntdll.dll does not export RtlIsNameInExpression, which is available on
Windows.

The function is needed for NT-style filename pattern matching, including DOS
wildcard semantics.

Very few, as far as I know—mainly applications that need to closely hook or
emulate ntdll filesystem behavior. Specifically, this came up in a branch of
USVFS (Mod Organizer 2's virtual file system) that I'm working on. Since I've
already implemented a custom fallback with matching behavior, I'd be happy to
submit a patch if Wine is open to exporting it.
