Run of rct.exe with "env WINEDEBUG=+x11settings"

Once again "Screen Change Starts Here" is what is displayed after I have the
selected the "full-screen" option. 

NOTE.  I had to trim out data between the initialization and "screen change
starts here", since I hit the limit of what bugzilla would accept.
