The application itself simply downloads the main program. To workaround: 1. "winetricks -q ie6" 2. Set everything except mshtml to builtin So assuming the issue is with mshtml. I used the url field download. The only issue I noticed that it prompts me to install flash and the flash installer doesnt seem to work with wine. But I am still able to install, create an account and login. I created betfair account and logged inside. I don't see the issue mentioned. I tried native urlmon, ieframe, iertutil and jscript too but they didn't make much difference. The urlmon I got from Win XP and seems to cause a double-free corruption. I can't narrow it down any further at the moment so "winetricks ie6" is still the best workaround. Winetricks claims the installation fails but it seems fine.
