Running pwsafe.exe version 3.26 or 3.23 crashes at startup in Wine 1.3.30.  It
was working in Wine 1.3.29.

I'm using the Gentoo Linux ebuild on amd64.

Probably duplicate of the bug 28642. If the problem still persists in git
please perform a regression test.
