Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: major Priority: P2 Component: directx-dsound AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org ReportedBy: masterofnebulahfrost(a)hotmail.com Whenever you need to restart the game WITHOUT quitting wine, when the game next starts up, the sound will be completely missing. In addition to the bug as far as restarting the game is concerned, when playing as the Space marines or the Eldar factions, many sounds such as alerts are not played in skirmish mode or multiplayer. Sounds are used properly upon restarting the game however. (I mean restarting the map, of course).
For some reason, the Chaos Marines sounds work just fine.
