Log of mono installer output until crash

Started (end of) last week, where wine asks me if I want to install mono and
when I click yes and the installer starts, it nearly immediately crashes and
mono is not installed. I therefore can't use software which is very important
to me (namely: FL Studio).

Manually installing mono doesn't work either, the installers for mono 11.0.0,
10.4.1 and 10.4.0 also do not run. Unfortunately I didn't get the error output
from the first fail, but I added a log for what the downloaded wine mono 11.0.0
installer outputs when it crashes.
