What program needs this?
I am testing a beta version of a Windows program that is being updated for Windows 11 and they started using that function. I will check with the developer to make sure I can talk about the program since it is not known publically. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. What program needs this?
The program is Kedit for Windows but usage of the function is something new that was added in the beta version, the released versions don't use it. The developer switched to using SystemTimeToTzSpecificLocalTime instead which the kernel32 module currently supports. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
